Exercises to define jaw line do it consistently and be patient . slowly slowly muscle can stretch.
- Tilt head sideways in right direction for 10 seconds then tilt head in left direction (do 3-4 times)
- tilt head downwards for 30 seconds each side
- Stretch neck upwards in tilted position for 30 seconds each side
Another exercise for Sharp Jaw line
- Shoulders forward, up and back to get a straight posture
- Lift arms and drag them down as much as you can
- Tilt head back and turn to both sides
- Pucker lips ( repeat 30 times)
