Exercises to define jaw line do it consistently and be patient . slowly slowly muscle can stretch. 

  • Tilt head sideways in right  direction for 10 seconds then tilt head in left direction (do 3-4  times)
  •  tilt head downwards for 30 seconds each side
  •  Stretch neck upwards in tilted position for 30 seconds each side

Another exercise for Sharp Jaw line

  • Shoulders forward, up and back to get a straight posture
  • Lift arms and drag them down as much as you can
  •  Tilt head back and turn to both sides 
  •  Pucker lips ( repeat 30  times)
